Summer 2025
今年の夏はこれまでにとても充実しています。札幌へのセミナー参加や、成田先生とイギリスの道場とのオンライン合同稽古など、さまざまなイベントがありました。暑い日が続いていますが、皆さん元気に頑張っています！
So far we have had quite a busy summer, with visits to Sapporo for a seminar and an online class with Narita Sensei and hi dojo in the UK. The weather has been very hot but everyone keeps giving their best!
Spring 2025
冬からそのまま春へと飛び込み、日が長くなり、雪も溶けてきました。3月の締めくくりには、子どもたちの素晴らしいタグテストがあり、初めての赤帯3人が誕生しました。これで大人の赤帯3人と合わせて、6人になりました。4月は、組手や技の中で短刀（たんとう）を使っていきます。
Straight from winter we are flying into the spring time as the days get longer and the snow melts. We finished March with a fantastic tag test for the kids getting our first three red belts to join our three adult red belts. April we will use the Tanto both as Kumite and in some techniques.
Winter 2025
1月は素晴らしい月でした。子どもクラスでは、2回目のタグテストが行われました。また、大人クラスでは、初めての8級審査に向けた練習を行いました。
We had a fantastic month in January which included the kids class second tag test and practice for the adults’ first test for 8th kyu.
